What's Up Doc?...

Last weekend, my son Johnathan and I drove about 4 hours to Pittsburgh, PA so he could play in a 7 on 7 football tournament.

His team is called DNA. Different, Not Average! I was really proud of his performance. He ended up with a couple of interceptions in a close game.

We had some really great father son time.

It's almost fishing season, so we'll be doing more of that soon.

If you have a favorite fishing spot or if you know of a honey hole, let me know :)

Whiplash

Understanding Whiplash: Symptoms, Treatment, and Recovery

Whiplash is a common injury to the neck that occurs when the head is suddenly jerked backward and then forward.

Symptoms include neck pain, stiffness, headaches, and dizziness.

Treatment for whiplash may include over-the-counter pain relievers, ice packs, physical therapy, and in some cases, prescription medications or injections.

It is important to seek medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen.

Recovery from whiplash can vary depending on the severity of the injury, but most patients improve within a few weeks to a few months with proper care and treatment.
